semi-hiatus
From what I could tell from watching the video, earlier, TOP apparently ripped the side of the shirt that Youngbae was wearing (a shirt that he happened to really like), and when he started playing with the rip during the photoshoot, Youngbae jumped off of Seungri’s back and was trying to rip TOP’s shirt as revenge LOL. He tried to rip his jacket later too HAHAHA

They definitely do interact. I mean, TOP even tried to kiss him on the cheek as a joke when he complimented him LOL. They’ve also mentioned that they get into little fights sometimes.
