Highlights of 2NE1 New Evolution concert in LA
-Meeting so many tumblr people! I’m not going to list them all for fear that I’ll leave someone out, but it was great to meet people in person!
-Meeting Hwangssabu! LOL. So unexpected. He was just casually walking through LA Live where there weren’t a lot of people, and we ran up to him and asked for a picture. He’s really short and not as big as he looks on 2NE1 TV lmao
-Before the concert started, some 2NE1 music videos were playing inside. Then “Gangnam Style” got a lot of cheers when it came on, but when the Big Bang Alive Tour trailer came on, THE CROWD WENT INSANE. It was so obvious that almost everyone there are Big Bang fans also lol
-Basically every single 2NE1 song—they were THAT GOOD. Their vocals, dancing, and just their energy in general is amazing to see live.
-OMG YOU GUYS THE KWON TWINS ARE SO. FREAKING. SEXY. They took their shirts off for “Pretty Boy” and were doing body rolls AND OMG I CAN’T BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THEIR DANCING AND THEIR BODIES ARE. THEY ARE SO FINE.
-Will.I.Am. & Apl.de.ap came out during the encore! A pleasant unexpected surprise
-At the very end, Minzy, Dara, and CL were the only ones on stage, holding hands and getting ready to bow. Bom had accidentally already gone backstage, but they waited for her and she ran back to join them while smiling really adorably lol
Okay that’s all my worn out mind can think of right now. My legs and throat are sore from jumping and screaming so much lol. That was a great concert, I hope they come back to LA again :D
